Confidence you deserve. The life you design.

For the woman ready to stop surviving and start thriving.

The moment that changes everything doesn't have to be the moment your life gets smaller.

It can become the pivot into something you couldn't see from where you were standing.

Sometimes the turning point chooses you.

Maybe FND, chronic illness, changes in your body or abilities, loss, or the end of a relationship changed the life you thought you were going to have.

Sometimes you chose it.

Maybe nothing fell apart. You simply woke up to the realization that you're going through the motions in a life that no longer feels fully yours.

However you arrived here, something in you knows: I don't want to keep living this way.

You don't have to know what comes next. You just have to be curious about what's possible.

Hypnotherapy and RTT for women at a turning point

I thought I knew who I was. Then life changed without asking me.

I was on my dream vacation when Functional Neurological Disorder hit.

I was living my life—and suddenly my body, my independence, my plans, and so much of what I'd built my identity around didn't feel certain anymore.

When something changes your life that quickly, it's easy to become consumed with getting back to who you were before.

But eventually, I started questioning whether “back” was really where I wanted to go.

Because even before FND, there were parts of myself I'd never really examined.

I was judgmental. Suspicious of people. I reacted from fear more than I realized. And the strangest part?

I thought that was just who I was.

I didn't know how much of my personality, my choices, and the way I moved through the world had been shaped by things I'd learned, experienced, assumed, or adapted to along the way.

Getting curious about that changed far more than I expected.

Not because I discovered some perfect, hidden “real me.”

I realized I had more choice in who I became next than I'd ever given myself permission to consider.

Today, I'm bolder. More expressive. More willing to change my mind - or make my mind up for that matter. More willing to try something simply because I'm curious about it. I take myself less seriously. I question the rules I've inherited about what my life is supposed to look like.

My life no longer feels like a box I'm trying to fit myself inside.

It feels like possibility.

And that's a huge part of why I became a hypnotherapist and RTT practitioner.

Our approach

A deeply personal approach to hypnotherapy, created exclusively for women.

We don’t just stay on the surface. Together, we explore the subconscious beliefs, learned patterns, and internal stories that may be influencing how you feel, think, and respond.

I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a hypnotherapy-based approach that combines hypnosis with techniques designed to explore and shift patterns that may no longer be serving you.

The goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to better understand what may be happening underneath the frustration, self-doubt, fear, or stuckness—and create space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and moving forward.

Because sometimes the woman you’re trying to become isn’t someone new at all.

She’s the version of you that’s been waiting for permission to take up more space.
